I am glad I don't have to go in for anything right now. I agree, they need a raise and more staff across the board.

I had an appt yesterday and just missed this. They do need more pay.

They deserve it.

As union I would go for that 21.5% but with additional hiring. You don't diminish the stress and burnouts by paying more, you reduce that by hiring more .
