@_@ I got new glasses and now I can't look at my phone without it being a foot away from my face... Not sure if this is normal .
Given I've been putting my phone up to my face for YEARS and just got a new prescription . (I'm equally -525 in both eyes now)
it sometimes takes some adjusting, but if it takes more than a couple of days, you might wanna take them back to your doctor
that happened to me not that long ago, and the prism was really off
