[Work Vent] the amount of anger I felt after cancelling meetings to make sure a feature toggle was turned off for a test that takes 2 hours to run, only for the other tester on my team to turn it back on literally seconds before it resolves is so palpable I nearly punched my screen.
I did throw my earbuds and clutched at my face all like

like... I specifically hounded on this thing, so to have the feature turned on at LITERALLY the last second fucking killed me inside
so now I have to wait for the next time, cause that other tester is doing a bunch of other cases on their own. I just wish they asked to turn it on first

I specifically asked some other coworkers: "Is there a scream room? I need to scream"
can you ask them to ask next time why something is turned off before just turning it on?
I did
its resolved now. had to do a couple of extra cases foe sanity sake but its done.
card will go out tonight and hopefully nothing egregious will come of it
