Check out guobacertified’s Reddit profileGuoba Certifiedi read/listen to guoba a lot. he's probably the cc whose opinion i trust the most. he's got videos that he puts out for every new unit, but he has an array of infographics on his reddit that you can sift through, too.

Honkai: Star Rail Wiki and Database | Prydwen Instit...Tier List | Honkai: Star Rail | Prydwen Instituteprydwen has tier ranks, outlines and suggested relics for characters, though i tend to trust them less than guoba.

you can also check on the mains community for any character and they usually have a very indepth guide for how to use them/what to suggest for them. people share their alternative builds if you want to know what other relics to use for those characters.

just be careful bc some have .................. questionable fanservice all over them

i think my issue is that i can figure out how to build characters individually but not how to maximize how they work in a team

yeah i think a lot of that is exposure and experience, guoba makes suggestions on his infographics about who works for who, but usually it's about mix + match for units that do some of the same stuff like hp drainage mechanic prob wants a healer over a shielder

or like i'll look at team builds and i'm missing a key character. like tribbie. apparently i scrweed myself by not puling for tribbie

"screwed" is also like, dependent on the enemies in endgame (since the meta will change eventually)

i think i'm passing a lot of the harder content by using your and alisons teams JAKFHKFHA

tho tribbie is low cost and very good fjkdls LMAO

guoba's channel also explains the current enemies and endgame mechanics, which may be more along what you want.

yeah supports are pretty much the most important thing to pull for

on that note, do not skip Cyrene

i'd kinda disagree with this, some supports are hyperspecific (fugue) or kinda fall flat (cerydra), and cyrene is looking hyperspecific. for this purpose tho, she's looking strongest on a rice team, but we're just on uh, v3, i think?

yeah she probably will have more utility on your acct if you want to stick with a rice team, since that would be rice premium.

she is hyperspecific because she is a buff specifically to Chrysos Heir characters, but since Shikki likes playing Castorice and is lacking Tribbie, pulling Cyrene is going to be real important there imo

he works well with erudition units, and i've been having fun with him solo on a team with like, sunday + peter

since peter works with any hypercarry team you put sunday in, as they work in sync.

any time I try to use another healer, it just ends up being easier to use Luocha with all my "hurts self to DPS" doods it's like, okay you can go ham now

Yeahhh none of my other healers can keep pace with my spite dos units

you can use luocha for castorice teams but he's best at like.... 180 speed on the hyacine relic set, and it's doable

it's just a lot of farming
