Simple Chard White Bean Saute

To the left are roasted sweet potato cubes.

My wife wanted the corn tortillas. I warmed them over the small burner top right.

sjonsvenson: My wife calls it the cadillac due to the complete upgrade we did. Heavy cast iron grates, 3 burners the same size, center one has a two stage burner head for low simmering, the upper right is the small burner for smaller pots and simmering.

This is the black enameled one we retired.

The exhaust fan for the new one cost more than the stovetop itself. The old black one also had an exhaust fan, but its vent was not installed properly which is why it did not work well at all.

Wow. It looks fantastic. even the old one looks good (though the knobs a not well placed). I got 4 burners but they are to close, practically I can only use 2 at the same time. (pics later)
