I don't have this problem with other characters I play bc they don't make me strain my chords and make me go into head voice at the same time. I, unfortunately, find Sybil in my tonsils.

Lili sits at my normal spot, just changed accents. Nikolai sits at my chest as far as I can push it while also pronouncing things like I would in German. He forces me to be a lot more soft spoken, but he doesn't spark pain.
