I honestly spoke to my doctor before about sleep meds and I'm like "no I feel like my body feels like an invasive thing is being forced onto it so for some reason it fights the feeling"
I've often nodded off while doing the most menial, least mentally tasking things at work and every time it's like "wow can you wait til I'm home to do that??"
see i can do things like that too, because usually due to not getting enough rest. and ill be so tired i cant do anything/function. SO IDK IF THATS HEALTHY FOR YOU EITHER ROC!!!!
Tsukiwo: gotta do the wiggles to absorb energy from the sun
i have noticed doing yoga has been helping me feel relaxed through the day so it helps me w falling asleep, but not later in the day to stay asleep lmao
I think some people's bodies are just built different. Coffee doesn't crash my husband or step daughter. I don't think tea makes them sleepy either. The caffeine in tea is generally weaker than coffee, too.
yeah, there's def genetic factors in play, too. i bet if you google it you can run into a study since caffeine isn't an uncontrolled substance and it's in our everything and linked to heart stuff, etc.
