Wu Xin flood plotting - poked lots of people too but notifs are down
Still late, even though I thought I was going to check every day, then weekend happened. 
Either way, I think this is one that needs a top level.
Maybe if I can figure out what to do for it.

So if it was delayed, it was by minutes at most.
Though I've found with these outages, I'll sometimes start getting notifs on time, and then get a huge avalanche of backlog notifs.
It was the only notif I got. But didn't get any of the others, like the one from the OOC thread.

Slept and woke and haven't gotten notifs
They seem to be going in and out.

oof, I got hit with some health stuff, so I've been offline anyway. Looks like everything's been a mess today! I will hit up the plotting comment tomorrow, but I'm offering up Will in normal and more useless drifter format for anything!
siderealtime: I'm not sure where to stick Wu Xin at will for the flood but post flood Wu Xin will be a mess.
