it's not that. light sleeper, and yes very sensitive sa light changes. naka black out curtains ako, i do however have other people in the room din kasi
Damn. Try using eye shades kung ayaw mo ng maliwanag. I also cant sleep with lights on. I usually have a small neon light para lang hndi totally blacked out. Also takng a warm shower helps me. Ito yung usual na nakaka relax sakin before bed. Pero iba yung situation ngayon as you’ve seen sa posts ko 😅
