it's not that. light sleeper, and yes very sensitive sa light changes. naka black out curtains ako, i do however have other people in the room din kasi

Damn. Try using eye shades kung ayaw mo ng maliwanag. I also cant sleep with lights on. I usually have a small neon light para lang hndi totally blacked out. Also takng a warm shower helps me. Ito yung usual na nakaka relax sakin before bed. Pero iba yung situation ngayon as you’ve seen sa posts ko 😅

krstinne: i do use eye masks actually. yung sleep sched and dahil i have other people in the room yung problem.

zerovoltage: ahh i see. Same here. Hndi talaga ako nakakatulog normally if i sense any movement around me. Cant do anythng bout that rn. I feel you.
