Weirkey really works best as a book. It would be hard to make it a TV show or something. That said, I do think there is one other format you could use for it:
Open World Surivalcraft
A videogame
Like a Weirkey tv show would be like
a LOT of the action is just Theo building a house
It would not be very interesting
But there are about 8000 video games where you build shit like this 
In this game you don't build just out in the world, you go into your soulhome and build there
And then you can place walls and shit
Go into dungeons in the real world and find rare sublime materials
i'm picturing like
sims
(it wouldn't be sims but it would be really funny for it to be sims)
And then the action in the real world is more of a classic RPG
This is an RPG with just the most in depth crafting system of any RPG
