I've added gelatin to my tea this evening because it contains anti-inflammatory amino acids. Thought I would hate it, but I actually like the texture.

it is not even thick as long as you drink it while its still warm. i had a little left in my cup on the bottom and that did turn to jelly. while warm, it was just super creamy.
