Back to that sleeper activation thing; you all DO have superpowers, so how would you like it woken up? What if there's a certain quantity of people trying to keep those powers from being woken up? I don't know everyone's unique superpowers, it's always individualized, and the techniques I made to wake everyone up got subverted to try to keep them sleeping.
