alam nila yan. may agents na sympathetic, meron din kupal, sawa na sa complaints, malalaman mo kasi ni walang effort magsalita ng maayos. parang naka auto reply yung mga sinsabi na hindi mo na maintindihan kasi wala ng paki sa tamang phrasing o kung sobrang bilis, o kung yung bibig ba eh nasa speaker pa ng phone o halos mumble mo na marinig

nakakapikon talaga, 2 sa nakausap ko kanina ganun. pati name nalimutan ko kasi di rin sinabi ng maayos. at as usual, "baka today" wait lamg po. tapos syempre walang nangyari. epal lang talaga

mukhang may problemang malaki ang converge. yung school where my daughter goes to has been having problems with their wifi connection for 3 weeks and counting. di daw nagrerespons si converge :-(
