The first sheet looks better but they also don't have bottoms because I didn't grease the sheet well enough and broke a spatula trying to get them loose

I think these may be a "use parchment paper" kind of baking project, I should get a roll

Savory. Next time I might try doing cinnamon sugar but I stuck with the recipe this time.

They're actually a "I need something to do with sourdough starter discards" project so they've got a nice tang to them under the salt.
