A thing I just realized

Brandon Sanderson is a Mormon

And he generally keeps that pretty separate from his books, which are not overly religious most of the time

However

While I genuinely think the worldbuilding of The Cosmere, as a setting, is very creative and interesting

It cannot be ignored that the Mormon concept of heaven is being granted your own planet to rule over

And the core backstory of the Cosmere is that a bunch of mortals got together and killed god

Then each of them grabbed a shard of god’s power and scattered across the galaxy to rule their own planets

This could be nothing

But it might not be nothing

Bit of an odd concept of paradise, thinking about it- ruling a whole planet sounds very stressful.

Depends on what you do with it I guess

Yeah, to each their own, I suppose.

I mean it was kinda of the ending of One Piece Galaxy too,

The difference is Quinn isn’t a mormon

also you didn't all become god-emperors

I beliiiiiiiiieve that God has a plan for all of us
And I beliiiiiiiiiiiieve that it involves me getting my own planet
