may counterpart kami sa BKK and supposedly we can tap them when we don't have coverage. they can do so to us when they also don't have coverage but they have a larger headcount. I read the gc of my colleagues and they were talking about BKK complaining why we don't have enough coverage and why they always have to pick up the tasks.

I thought these tasks are shared and they are the reason we opened the BKK site - to share the tasks between us. we have lesser headcount on the weekend so when someone from our side reports sick, they have to pick up whatever tasks. are available I don't understand why they complain no? we have been walking on eggshells and now glass shards...

I understand the pressure of having to finish tasks within 1 hour but they should have understood the nature of our job before they started. if they can't keep up and if they don't like the arrangement, they better leave...

At some point management will see how your Thai counterparts are trying to evade doing backup tasks and instead mag-hire ng more Pinoys and let them go to get the job done

our thai counterparts don't even realize that or even appreciate the opportunity given to them. instead they complain that the tasks are too heavy, very tight deadlines, etc. i'm like we also experience the pressure but we are doing our best to keep up. this is the reason most BPO companies want to relocate to either india or sa pinas.
