i just need you guys to know that because of my response to this post i found out there’s a fourth book in this series i didnt know about and i went to barnes and noble to buy it and the guy at the counter said the names remind him of divergent so im basically killing myzeld

basically thirty yrs ago this invisible and impenetrable border went down over this specific patch of land and there r strange things happening in there and so they’ve been sending expeditions of people into there to try and figure it out but with very little success

i think u might like it as someone who studies biology and science. the books mean a lot to me in terms of like what they say about the way we go about understanding our surroundings and those of us who like try to understand through destructive means or by like projecting onto things and those who accept things as they are
