over a four mile loop with a friend from work, and it was a lovely day! kodi got to meet several doggies in trail, including another anatolian mix (with pyr, she was very pyr fluffy with husky eyes)

we went by the remains of a dam that, as dams that break sadly do, caused massive flooding back when it burst, and different parts of a former homestead that was out in this state park

it was very scenic! my friend took photos too that i might put up here hahaha, she also does candids so I'm actually caught on camera for once

i turn into a lobster with exercise and look horrid, but her shots of Kodi are adorable

this is also where my energy was, then i came home to deep clean and rearrange my bathroom, and then further chores - ended up being a nicely busy Saturday, so that i can be tags only tomorrow

so lovely!!

we want to hit this up again come spring, and earlier in the fall next year - she's planning to trail run it too now that we know the route and it's a real nice fit for it

yes, it was beautiful! we were still in trees but it's such fun looking out across the distance
