it's super easy, like easy peezy to take people's advice to limit eating, go on intermittent fasting to lose weight and keep a healthy one when you're not anymore menstruating (post menopausal) or are a man/guy but if/when you're still at an age (in my late 30s rn) you're still hounded by the monthly menstrual cycle...no can do, bhiesches 🥲
it's the week before my period and grabe kain ko (we burn more calories naman pag may period haha). Di ko kayang di bumigay sa cravings ko, diet or not. I just can't. So go on, eat what you want!!!
