your bank (either for your checking account or credit cards if they're different) might have a section when you're logged in where you can do that. I know for certain that both Captial One and Bank of America have that.

My bank and credit card both give me options to check it on their websites, and there's also Lending Tree

I tend to get mine as access to a credit card I have.

I use the Credit Karma app, and have had no problems.

Yeah banks have started giving you your credit score for free in the last five or ten years

yeah, the ones from the bank typically isn't the full credit score, but for a general idea it's good enough
