i do feel satisfied having run the test of cutting back on it to see what happens but so it turns out maybe it was doing something for my joint pain. lmFAO

im gonna give it another week of the low dose to be sure but "in pain 3/5 days last week" instead of "in no pain at all, except like once a month" is a little bit. um. well. conclusive.
