today feels like the absolute worse for my fatigue since my diagnosis in 2018... my whole body feel like... idk... gravity is fighting me, and pressure is all around me, and that i feel like i got hit by a truck.

I know that feeling all too well. I call it a lead suit. Everything seems like gravity was increased by 50%.

Yes, chronic conditions go through peaks and valleys. We have good days, and bad weeks, with a few really bad days tossed in for good measure.
