Just as an aside, I've taken to appreciate how potpourris (spelling) add scent and beauty to someone's room. Live flowers would even be better imo, if only they weren't that expensive.

faramond: di ko na alam pano sasagot hehehe i grew up na hindi romantic ang parents ko so there hardly are any flowers at home. and the ones we get at rare times, hindi din naman masyado mabango. potpourri, di ko masyado bet. ayoko kasi ng strong scents eg cinnamon, nutmeg. do i like flowers, yes! hindi naman kasi strong ang scent nila.

Not sure if I even noticed the likes of cinnamon and nutmeg in the one I've got, but I've got the cheap and basic ones from Ikea.
