So hey its been what, 3 weeks of near radio silence from me...

Some of you already know that I had to put Iblis down at the end of September.

And that my mom has been sick.

The good news: All the biopsies on mom's stomach came back clean.

The bad news.

She's going into surgery next week to have part of her large intestine out

sooooo yeah I'm probably gonna be quiet for a few weeks more.

Sorry for being a bit... abrupt with this. Hopefully I'll have good news for everyone in a couple of weeks

lenainverse: Thankfully my mother is taking everything in stride, I did tell her you were willing to ask any questions but she said she didn't have any.

I'm a little worried about recovery due to her age and because I'm gonna be responsible for her care (Which I happy to do! Just nervious about it)

but the doctor said she shouldn't end up with a colostomy bag or anything like that and should be fine just resting.
