Inspired by luna_y_gatos - when I was little my dad would say "can you see the man in the moon?" And I thought he meant the astronauts, and he always seemed to be able to see them so I always said yes.
Early 70s were a confusing moon time for me.

I had an uncle who told me once that if you ate the hole in the middle of a donut, you'd get sick. I never forgot, and even though I kinda knew better, I still wondered if it was some secret adult thing that everyone new and my doubt was just because I was a little kid
8-) "Lunar pareidolia refers to the pareidolic images seen by humans on the face of the Moon... the best-known are the Man in the Moon in Western folklore and the Moon Rabbit of Asia and the Americas. Other cultures perceive the silhouette of a woman, a crow, a frog, a moose, a buffalo, or a dragon..." [Wikipedia]
