Beetlejuice checks in on Ruby once in a while but he doesn't really know what to talk about with her because she is: A Child and he's trying to remember his Good Person Training

he does invite her to pull pranks on people in the hotel though

mostly the cherubs

she has to still be taught how to be bad, so pulling pranks is a good start!
