Magikarp is a given on both because I think it's thematically appropriate for Pauline; a super weak pokemon that grows into something incredibly strong with effort.

B team is more or less which Pokemon would be the funniest for Pauline to have. A chansey that smothers her with healing concern, no thoughts head empty, Ditto, a fake tree and the one with constant psychic ability boosting headaches

There probably are funnier ones but I was limiting myself up to Gen 6 because (listen i've thought about this) in a Pokemon AU she would have been born in Kalos but lives in Unova
