Hello popping in to say I’m alive. The health place that I work at are is opening up within the week or two so we’ve all been in hard-core preparation mode so busy busy busy but I’m doing well. I hope you’re all doing well too. Love you.
I work as a mocktail, mixologist and juice bar person, and we’ve been given a lot of leeway and creative freedom in the drinks that we are making
A lot of it is me and my herbalist coworker, laughing like mad, alchemists, and concocting tea based mocktail
Which is fun cause I get to learn a lot more about herbalism and all my coworkers are just as witchy and spiritual as me so I don’t sound like an insane person anymore
On the plus side, it has me drinking a lot of vegetables and I got a free acupuncture session too, which was amazing
I’ve been wanting acupuncture for my issues forever
Blood glucose is blood pressure is perfect. Who knew that moving out of a toxic environment around toxic people would actually fix my health issues a lot
Honestly, no one is surprised by this
I just can’t be around that energy anymore so I put my boundaries up quite high, especially when it comes to my mom
My acupuncture said that I should be drinking and eating hot foods to help my digestion so I’m trying to do that more drinking a lot of green tea and broths
Good chance to learn more about Chinese herbalism as well. I always had an interest in TCM.
To be fair, I’ve always had an interest in a lot of of things. It’s the Gemini moon.
I do miss all of my friends here and Miss RP too, but I think I need to put it on hold until I get my life together
