As demonstrated by my complete inability to make a proper link I am currently very, very groggy so I haven't read all the details of this yet, but still figured it should get out there
Food banks also preparing for heightened traffic in November and it mentioned small producers planning on "Pay what you can" stalls for produce/essentials
Very lightweight app, allows you to customize notifs (I turned off getting a nudge during difficult times which is hugely helpful for me), good for if you're prone to cyclical thinking/spiraling and need help with immediate next steps/contextualizing/etc
It provides a few minutes long lessons as you progress but those can be done at your own pace as well. I've unlocked 4 and only have done 1, there's no pressure or reminders for them at any time
definitely worth looking into local businesses and organizations. In Boston, a local farm is starting a free farmer's market, and a farm org is reallocating all their not-yet-purchased CSA boxes (hundreds of them) to people in need; they're accepting donations to defray the costs but the food will be given away regardless of donations
