Very lightweight app, allows you to customize notifs (I turned off getting a nudge during difficult times which is hugely helpful for me), good for if you're prone to cyclical thinking/spiraling and need help with immediate next steps/contextualizing/etc

It provides a few minutes long lessons as you progress but those can be done at your own pace as well. I've unlocked 4 and only have done 1, there's no pressure or reminders for them at any time

definitely worth looking into local businesses and organizations. In Boston, a local farm is starting a free farmer's market, and a farm org is reallocating all their not-yet-purchased CSA boxes (hundreds of them) to people in need; they're accepting donations to defray the costs but the food will be given away regardless of donations
