I've been pacing around for like 20 minutes because I don't wanna do my stupid posture stretches/exercises even though it takes no more than 15 minutes
but i have to give my friends money if I don't do it twice per week for the next month and the end of the week is tomorrow night so I have to do it today and then tomorrow (ideally this kind of habit is spread out across the week but yeah lol)
they started including me in this thing they do sometimes where they make wagers that amount to " I will do X" or "I will not do X" with a price attached to them and if you fail you have to pay the other person. it's an interesting? system, I have reservations about how they're using it, but it can be good in some ways, will prob have more to say later
