their computers are something out of the 90's and rare as hell, cars exist but are also super rare, hakkai drives a WWII army jeep, cell phones and television apparently used to be a thing before the war broke out, general plumbing and electricity are a thing but are becoming rarer and rarer because everything's going to hell in a handbasket
the internet wasn't really a things at all though
