Any normal moves she learns or has already by habit will either have to physically touch or do a dance like movement to unleash the move. Because Pixilate turns Normal type moves into Fairy type moves, there's going to be a sparkling or even energy butterfly effects for the appearance.
Wish or Bippitie Boppitie Boop as she calls it, will basically be Dolly booping others on the nose with her super sparkly paws to heal as a good example.
I think with the fairy type moves, those will likely occur by accident or when Dolly's under pressure like stress such as the accidental Dazzling Gleam from the TDM beforehand. She'll retain memories on how to use that move afterwards, but it'll be randomize which new Fairy Type Move happens with her.
I'm currently eager to have Dolly's mini freak out over Draining Kiss when it happens, that'll be hilarious to witness a failed healing kiss of fairytale lore.
Humorously and morbidly so, it'd be hilarious if it had the 90s sparkling shoujo background for the draining kiss before it fractures like broken glass when surprise! Congrats! You've knocked out the person you were trying to heal!
I completely forgot to add this little nugget in DX Its a fact with Dolly whenever she had backfires, the baking spice scent becomes a lot stronger and much more noticeable. I'm thinking with the stronger attacks like Moon Blast, the baking spice scent Dolly has ends up getting stronger after it gets used
