He's already a permanently tiny cat cause he didn't get enough nutrition as a kitten, so he's almost 2 years old and literally looks like a kitten.

But his MASSIVE BALLS demand nutrition, so that's where all his growth went.

We'd have it done by now but we wanted to fix him for free so we're waiting until his Nov 7 appointment.
