Calcium, non meat protein sources, good vitamin D sources all for Day specifically. All other nutrients based on general needs

Though like, I know Vulcans who serve on ships with humans get their sense of smell suppressed a bit. So like everywhere hits his sense of smell pretty hard, but sweat/poorly maintained stink is very different from "try our perfumes/candles/incense" scents (he prolly doesn't like either, but the former isn't as punch in the face since he's used to animals)
