Justa, the Garlean we met on Sinus Adorum is also on Phaenna and has been tasked with upgrading equipment along with Commandingway but the two of them got carried away and planned on making gundams and voltrons before being put back on track

The forum member coming to check on the initiative progress is Councilor Y'adebh, who is Y'shtola's older sister

Y'shtola has 11 sisters in total and Y'adebh is the oldest of them

Y'adebh's capacity for intimidation and bullying seems to exceed Y'shtola's, perhaps out of necessity as she's a Forum member and has to deal with their bullshit every day

oh also Cruisingway apparently owns a ridiculous number of pairs of sunglasses

The base designs are modeled after the plans the Forum made for establishing new colonies for the exodus

That said not everyone on the Forum is sold on the Cosmic Exploration initiative despite Sharlayn's considerable investments into it

There are concerns that Cosmic Exploration will turn into a colonization project, which we have allayed for now

There is also an extremely strict budget for it which is why Mumukko is such a hardass about everything

Overall the general hope for Cosmic Exploration as a whole by the participants is to explore the universe and find and hold onto what hope there is in there

The Loporrits in particular were motivated by Meteon and the doomed civilizations she encountered
