Yeah, most people don't make OOC intro posts these days, do they? I wonder when DWRP moved away from that...

jisusushi: right?? ? It used to be such a common thing! But I think it started falling out of practice once games with app deadlines became more common and less intro posts started going into effect? so I was so surprised to see quite a few people doing it here when I checked out the OOC page!

yeah I was surprised to see two people do them. I thought it wasn't allowed anymore. otherwise I would have absolutely made my own ooc post, too

yeah, I think as app cycles became the standard, mod created intro posts/monthly CR memes also followed

which is interesting because I remember when always open apps and app cycles both existed and some app cycle games still did intro posts
