[Old Films Post] Okay, planning on making another post like I did back in October with the aim of it being a mix of old cartoons and live action (I have some fun puppet films that deserve some more love). They will not be Thanksgiving related as a heads up, I figured that holiday is already hard enough without adding more fuel to it.

The Legend of Sirius (The Sea Prince and The Fire Ch...CW for death as oh man, this was the Romeo and Juliet for Sanrio.
Same goes for Wind of Change, plenty of death there done to the tune of Greek Mythology meets Fantasia

Right? Sanrio had some pretty brutal movies back then :x Like Sanrio was still figuring out their image back then when the films came out, so a lot ended up being either brutal or fever dream like

Both is absolutely good X3c I'm saving it for when December hits, but there's another from Sanrio that was pretty dark and their first attempt with Stop Motion: Nutcracker Fantasy. It has Christopher Lee voicing multiple roles in it

Oh it's fun! The style was heavily inspired by Rankin Bass's stop motion puppets, but you'll see more of the cute mascot styles later in the film that Sanrio would be known for later on.
