That's too hard. They have to use their brain then.
I'm not being that nice to her anymore when she comes to me with problems the notes could solve. I always make her go back and read them first.
Even when she asks things like: ZZ, do you know who approved this? And I know it was me. I make her go read the notes then come to me. 
I just pretend I don't remember, even when I do. Because I don't know how else to get her in the habit of checking first without playing dumb
seconded on the Youtube thing. the amount of times I get asked what song I used when the information is. Listed. There as a matter of course. Is in double digits on some of the videos
