one of the main reasons why I'm taking a hiatus is because HOLY SHIT LIFE IS THROWING SO MANY THINGS IN MY FACE AND I'M LIKE, "STOP!!!"

tldr: I need to get my bank statement but I can't access it so I call the bank and the rep tells me "there's issues with our back office" and I'm like "ok"

and then I proceed to be like, "are you able to access/see it? I just need my latest one"

SADLY THEY CANNOT

and the rep does not know a time estimate of when the issue will be resolved so I'm just like "damn"

and the bank is already closed but it' snot like I can go anyway because I'm at work

Does your bank's ATM give you the option for a mini statement?

tentamoff: ooooh, some banks do, I could go check after work

but I need the full statement because I need to submit a document
