i started playing the game for shadow milk cookie, and so i was bombarded by artwork of him and PV when i first started getting into the fandom. uhhh i am a simple June, so when someone else was like i want to play PV who will play SM for me, i tentatively rose my hand

but it became my ship FAST. i love the idea of soulmates, and enemies to lovers, and it hit all those points for me

i don't usually play evil characters, like... ever? but i find playing shadow milk really fun and easy to reply as. and i love that he's just an insane little gremlin, and that PV balances him out

so i love the contrast and the forbidden romance

burning spice and shadow milk HUHU.... whereas puremilk has the potential to be sweet, i think burningmilk has the potential to be more spicy and weird

freaky, if you will, but in a good way

i like the mutual respect for strength with the bite of competitiveness, and them being bros who hang out and maybe bang every now and then

you know i gotta hit you with the eldersalt question. and you know what. rengiyuu while we're here

so i said that puremilk was definitely my ship... and it still is, but i think silentfaerie has won out as my favorite ship in crk. which, okay. i know i didn't care about elder faerie or silent salt as characters at all in the beginning. now that they were shown as pals in the past i just latched on

i love how soft salt of solidarity was, he was so gentle. and i really want to explore ef with ss in the future. or like where ef isn't dead

anyway they are my tragic romance

i love the idea of silent salt being depressed and bitter and i think that would also be a fun dynamic to see. too bad ef in canon is dead. but that's what rp is for????

speaking of tragic. pulls up giyu's notes. i ship giyu with sabito or rengoku. i am actually playing a sabigiyu PSL right now where they were reincarnated in a more modern setting and they're both alive and well

giyu's another character that i slept on for solong, but after watching the recent movie, i was like hey you know what i really like giyu

that movie changed my life

if you (general you) like giyu and shinobu, that's just another tragedy. i love the idea that giyu has these stages of falling in love with characters and so many are... just not around in the end

obviously he gets with someone in the end, since he has an ancestor. but that poor man

anyway, i do like the idea of giyu and regoku, as both a fire and water thing, but also i just think rengoku is really wholesome and would be nice to giyu while everyone else is like giyu's mean and weird.

my giyu ships fall into the category of rarepairs, i think. which is usually my MO. while in crk i like a lot of the more shipped things that others like, which is fun

but i'm that weirdo out here shipping thingslike PrussiaUK or radiodust

and rainbow dash/applejack

which is i guess more popular than the others, but not as popular as rarijack

it's not outwardly stated, but HEAVILY IMPLIED that by the end of the series, when the mane 6 are older, that rainbow and aj are together

honestly most rengoku ships that really hit for me are generally because he brings out something in someone else. he's sunshine incarnate and that tends to block out the more shadowy stuff that his loved ones have had to go through

and you know. bonus angst for like. how hard rengoku tries to shine for other people and probably neglects himself. its the generational trauma of it all
