I just witnessed, in the wild, young college students complaining about how kids today are messed up and their humor makes no sense on purpose and I suggested they also liked things that made no sense and they were all like, "yeah but ours had a point!"

So yeah we're definitely already there. Love to see it. Still, I went on my soapbox about how the kids were probably alright.

rosalynian: exactly! they were talking about the "6 7" thing and how annoying it was and I was like "you know that's kinda the point?"

My high schoolers are OVER the 6-7 thing. It's a thing annoying younger siblings are doing.

MrDowning: Yeah that's what I was getting from the slightly older ones last night. It just amused me because they get generationally judgemental SO QUICKLY.

My dad read an article about Italian brainrot and he thought it was funny. Not the brainrot, but the kerfuffle
