yeah those bathrooms are definitely all 1980s fixtures

which means there's probably corroded plumbing that needs to be replaced

yeah almost certainly the bathrooms are bringing the price down, bathroom renos are costlyyyy

mostly because it's one of the few renos you really don't want to DIY and want a professional for because the risk/cost of anything being done even slightly incorrectly (eg waterproofing, tiling, plumbing) is just far too high

tbh the bathroom has the same sink that our much much much newer house had downstairs before had to do a reno so im not sire its had NO work done.

I had a moment of trying to remember if we actually looked at this place when we were buying a house but no we looked at a similar old house (that we also liked a lot. And almost went for)
