acee: with 500mg Vit C ata.. basta the plus factor for me is it contains biotin (whatever it is). Im not sure if placebo effect but it ..

I take Vit C tablets in the morning, then Berocca during the day.. just abuse Vit c's being watersoluble.

Placebo effect FTW! Well, yeah. Wala naman naooverdose sa Vitamin C, dba? Hahaha! Sige lang. Now I want Berocca. Gyah!
