do you find it strange to do all the prep/niceness just to sell and have someone else repaint it?

Well, we don't mind the color, it just doesn't suite selling. But yes you prep to leave then prep the new house!

Redoing the bathroom one that bugs me, but supporting the wife on this one. Hopefully it will be at least 6 months before we move
