which anti-inflammatory med? i have taken several but they don't seem to be effective at alleviating/preventing my headaches so maybe it

digimom, if they are tension headaches, try ice to the back of the neck. Also it is important to get enough sleep (I know - hard to do).

How's your posture when sitting at comp? Back/neck spasms can cause headaches
digimom says

I think I'm sitting too low. But I can't imagine that causing headaches. I walk around a lot. I dunno
KarinB says

posture at the computer is a killer for neck problems which cause headaches.
