they put radios back and took messages away *pours coffee*
I quit drinking caffeine (except for tea! OMG TEA) because I got to a point where I was having like two energy drinks and four coffee drinks
and tea and soda and stuff every day to keep going at work. Because I didn't get enough sleep at nights. And of course all that caffeine and
other junk made it so I couldn't sleep the next night either. :3
I still drink tea, though. Hot tea is my lover.
Especially not the energy drink part.
*drinks the coffee and pours tea instead*
actually I shouldn't and don't usually drink coffee at this time of day
Even now, when I have tea it's often later in the day and I should probably reserve it for earlier.
Especially if it's a black tea.
I used to not like it but then I developed quite the taste for it while seeking means to stay awake.
First I got stuck on energy drinks, then tried to wean myself off onto coffee.
Which took a lot of coffee.
I generally feel a lot less stressed than I did before as well.
i cut way back on the red bulls when i quit smoking they seemed to go together
Mmm, Red Bull. That was my energy drink of choice. I dranks the BIG ones.
i make myself get little one now if i still have one, usually on sundays for band practice!
I truly loooove my coffee in the mornings, and my tea in the evenings, but don't drink back tea
Red Bull was also an acquired taste, but ohhhhh, did I ever acquire it.
I drink all kinds of teas.
yah, tea is good. but coffee and energy drinks, ughh, i stopped them all when i found like you the bad side effects.
And that just 2 cups of coffee a day increase base pulse rate by 5/minute, reducing life expectancy by something...increases
chance of other illnesssses etc.
Point being it's no good, haha.
you can be part of the tea club with me.
i don't drink coffee (or any caffeine) either.
i used to drink pop, but it became a horrible habit during my first year of college, so i quit. cept for the occasional rum and coke.
I still drink some sodas, but only those without caffeine, and not very often.
can't imagine life without caffeine. Wow.
