And I thought the worst that could happen with the projector was turned on was that students would see your email password is "*****"

We had a somewhat similar situation over here, except the teacher's surfing of certain sites had infected his (or her, I forget) computer.

When the teacher tried to play a DVD in class a different vid opened up and began playing. It was turned off right away but it was too late

This wasn't even an accident though! (well, leaving the projector hooked up/on was) But he was *coughs* viewing deliberately!!

Yeah, for this case I agree with omyers - there wasn't any thinking involved.
