anyone knows a program that i can draw circles, straight lines, etc to scale? i.e. |-| = 1 cm in length
i thought paint allows that
or word

go to insert
shapes
and when you draw your circle, you can adjust the size on the far right side of the tool bar

you can do the same thing to lines too
