I tried at least every hour this morning

maybe they suspended you temporary because of bad behaviour

how come ..ow its happend when its under maintenance

normally my browser always remembers Plurk, but not this morning I have to keep up a lot

well, plurk is strange in more ways, I cannot see new responded plurk-notices

and I can, now everything works fine. strange indeed
