Yep. In 2004 we got a letter of apology from the team for sucking. This year, free upgrade of our $15 tickets to $60 tickets.

Kinda wish they'd spend it on people in the front office with a clue, but hey.

Yeah. Nice thing is, though, that we're still paying 2004 prices for tickets. $15/seat in the upper deck
